Summary A case report is presented of a woman with nine previous spontaneous abortions. At the beginning of her tenth pregnancy a high amount of anti‐nuclear antibodies was found. The patient was given prednisolone and pregnancy and the puerperium were uncomplicated. The newborn infant had complete heart block.
