Summary Relapse of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia is described in a woman with a leukaemic ovarian tumour from which reseeding of the bone marrow had occurred. It is proposed that irradiation of the ovaries with the initial leukaemic therapy may prevent this form of relapse.
