Summary A 19‐year‐old patient was treated for disgerminoma of the right ovary by right salpingo‐oophorectomy and pelvic radiotherapy in 1967. The left ovary was shielded after the first two treatments and the patient has since conceived three times and has shown no evidence of recurrence of the tumour.
