Summary An oral glucose tolerance test, with analysis of blood glucose and serum insulin levels, has been used to assess the carbohydrate status of patients with endometrial carcinoma. Carbohydrate intolerance has been demonstrated in these patients when compared to the controls. The degree of intolerance is modified by obesity.
