Summary Study of three pregnant and two non‐pregnant women showed no differences in distribution or elimination of injected 9‐H 3 ‐prostaglandin F 2α . There was no selective uptake by the uterus. Measurement of radioactivity in fetal tissue samples indicated that the transfer of PGF 2α or its radioactive metabolites occurred freely.
