Summary The association of bilateral adrenalectomy and pregnancy is rare: 18 cases reported in the literature are reviewed and an additional case of pregnancy and delivery following bilateral adrenalectomy for phaeochromocytoma is reported. With good management the prognosis for both the mother and the newborn is good.
