SUMMARY Serial auditory evoked response measurements between the ages of six and 24 months in 18 normal infants have demonstrated the feasibility of obtaining satisfactory evoked response audiograms in this age‐group without sedation. RÉSUMÉ Audiométrie clinique et par réponse évoquée durant la seconde enfance Des mesures de réponses évoquées auditives en série chez 18 nourrissons normaux, de six à dix‐huit mois, ont démontré la possibilité d'obtenir à cet âge et sans sédatif des audio‐grammes par réponse évoquée satisfaisants. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Klinische‐ und Reizaudiometrie im späten Säuglingsalter Serienmessungen akustisch evozierter Reaktionen bei 18 Säuglingen im Alter von sechs bis vierundzwanzig Monaten haben gezeigt, daß es möglich ist, in dieser Altersgruppe zufriedenstellende Reizaudiogramme zu bekommen, ohne die Kinder sedieren zu müssen.
