Tyrosinaemia and Tyrosyluria in Infancy

SUMMARY The finding of transient tyrosinaemia in 49 children in a community screening survey is described and suggestions made concerning the nature of the temporary biochemical disturbance. In one case the abnormality, which was associated with appreciable tyrosyluria, lasted for at least 93 days without any major clinical disturbance. Dans un cas, l'anomalie, qui était associée à une appréciable tyrosylurie, a duré pendant un minimum de 93 jours sans aucun désordre clinique important.
