Summary Autoradiographic investigations of nine individuals from six different 13–15/21 translocation families revealed that in five of the families a 14/21 translocation occurred, while the translocation in one family was probably of 15/21 type. As the family with the 15/21 translocation was too small, it was impossible to compare the segregation rates in the two translocation types.
