It is some time since I wrote about the trials and tribulations encountered at the group home on Cromwell Crescent ( Apex , 1980; 8:3, 84–86) and this, alas, will be my last contribution as the home has now closed and the residents have returned to the adult hostel. This final report outlines only a few of the problems that led to the closure of the home, but due to lack of space and a fear of becoming too confusing it is not possible to go into too much depth.
