Nifedipine is a calcium‐channel blocker widely prescribed for vasodilation of coronary and peripheral vessels. We describe an elderly woman who, whilst taking nifedipine. developed facial telangiectasia. On discontinuing the drug the telangiectasia resolved markedly.
