A case of Listeria Rhombencephalitis in a 63‐year‐old‐man under corticosteroid treatment for suspected rheumatoid arthritis is described. The diagnosis was based on the clinical signs, cerebrospinal fluid findings, blood culture and MRI. Radiological and clinical correlation, clinical aspects and therapeutical problems are discussed.
