Neural Works Professional II is a neuro‐computing development environment authored by Casimir ‘Casey’ Klimasauskas of Neural Ware Inc. It runs on IBM PC, XT and AT computers and close compatibles under MS/DOS 2.0 or higher. This review was carried out on an Opus V AT‐class machine running at 10 Mhz with EGA, 1 Mb RAM and a 30‐megabyte hard disk.
