Geraldine Tisdall and Ron Dawson have investigated the attitudes and opinions of twenty‐one students attending a support facility for those with physical disability or hearing impairment in a large comprehensive school. The students obviously welcomed the opportunity to do this and expressed themselves lucidly and forcibly. While some general conclusions can be drawn from this study, the most significant factor that emerges is the unique individuality of the respondents in their own right.
