The occurrence of more than a single species of Lardizabalaceae in Thailand is confirmed and the second species, the Vietnamese‐Chinese Stauntonia chapaensis (Gagnep.) Christenh., is described and illustrated here based on the Thai specimens at Crûg Farm Plants.
