Neuro‐Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a technology for personal excellence based on research investigation. The process involves sensitivity to effective behaviours, and the development of those behaviours. Some presuppositions of NLP are examined, together with practical components and evidence of its effectiveness. The author explains NLP, drawing on organisational experiences.
