Gerry Wood, Independent Member for Nelson, says these photos show the public open space the Government has sold off to the owners of the new waterfront hotel. Below is the green public open space that presently exists in keeping with the Darwin City Waterfront Area Plan. The green public open space was meant to continue around past the proposed hotel in accordance with the plan. That won’t happen now.
