The article focuses on the possible negative effects of e-learning system in knowledge instructional design in Great Britain. The primary purpose of the study is to describe the impact of e-learning system in knowledge creation. The study reveals that Web technologies are suitable to transfer texts, animated pictures and audio data that effective in educational development. The study discovers that transferring tacit knowledge is challenging when using "traditional e-learning." It requires shared observation to deliver effective information. E-learning education is recognized as one of the fastest growing educational approach used in universities in the country.
