This case study discusses the methodological approach and the tools to support internal communication adopted by a multi-disciplinary and multicultural team at Concordia University while developing a hypermedia programme. The team comprised two French students of Computer Science, three students of Educational Technology (one Canadian, one Italian and one Mexican), and a Canadian graphic designer with experience in multimedia design.
