Summary An asymptotically distribution‐free test is proposed for testing the equality of two multivariate failure distributions against a particular one‐sided alternative based on censored observations. This test may be interpreted as a multivariate one‐sided Gehan test. The consistency of the test is established. An illustrative example is given.
