In the investigation of azoospermia in the presence of dilated epididymes and testicular biopsies showing normal spermatogenesis, vasograms are useful to show the site of a blockage. However, it is sometimes difficult to match up the X‐ray appearances with the anatomical site of the blockage. A technique is described for accurately locating a blockage in the vas deferens at the time of operation.
