Summary Between January 1975 and December 1989, 13 men were treated for carcinoma of the scrotum; 11 lesions were squamous cell and 2 basal cell carcinomas. Eleven patients initially underwent local wide excision and 1 local excision with inguinal node dissection. Two patients died of recurrent disease and 4 from unrelated causes, giving a corrected 5‐year survival rate of 62.5%.
