Summary— A series of 22 patients with severe nocturnal enuresis were treated with desmopressin in a randomised double‐blind cross‐over study. Treatment with 20 and 40 μg was highly effective compared with placebo. No difference in dry nights was found between the 2 dosages. Desmopressin proved to be a safe and effective treatment.
