Summary— Twenty patients with vesicoureteric reflux (VUR) secondary to a neuropathic bladder and associated spina bifida were treated with the endoscopic injection of subureteric polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon)paste. Of the 19 patients (29 ureters) followed up, 13 have persistent reflux, although only 3 of these ureters have needed a second injection. Twelve of the 16, where reflux resolved, required only 1 injection.
