Summary— Renal carcinoma is a rare tumour in children. The clinical, histological and follow‐up details of 6 patients are presented. Haematuria is confirmed as an important indicator of renal pathology. Long‐term follow‐up suggests that chemotherapy and radiotherapy have little effect on the prognosis in advanced disease.
