Summary— Seven cases of oncocytoma of the kidney are reported. In three patients this was the original histological diagnosis; the other four were diagnosed after a review of 165 renal tumours which had been previously diagnosed as carcinoma. The oncocytomas were also analysed by electron microscopy. In one case adenomas of the suprarenal glands were also found.
