Summary— Sixty‐three patients presenting with the clinical problem of renal outflow disorder were studied using 99m Tc DTPA. The techniques of frusemide diuresis and parenchymal transit time index analysis were compared and both shown to be successful in aiding the decision as to the presence or absence of significant outflow obstruction.
