Summary —Hydroceles and epididymal cysts presenting in 30 patients were treated by tapping and injection of the sclerosant solution sodium tetradecylsulphate. Ten patients required only one treatment and 20 patients had up to 3 repeat injections. There have been no recurrences in patients completing the course of treatment and the complication rate was low.
