Summary— The clinical, radiological and therapeutic aspects of 8 patients with parapelvic cyst of the kidney are reviewed. The principal clinical features were either renal colic or dull loin pain. The main radiological findings consisted of a rounded smooth mass distorting the pelvis and elongating or dilating the calices. Complications were infection, stone, hypertension or hydronephrosis. Operation was required in 6 patients, 2 of whom underwent nephrectomy.
