Summary— In 12 patients a primary first‐stage scrotal flap urethroplasty was used to treat watering‐can perinea. The generous scrotal flap is fixed by a single nylon suture to the bladder neck. The method permits better dependent drainage than can be provided by a suprapubic cystostomy.
