Summary A clinical, radiographic and endoscopic study of 34 children suffering from vesical calculus disease and manifesting ureteric reflux has been presented. The oedema and inflammatory changes from the vesical calculus and infection were responsible for the reflux in the majority of these children. The reflux was eradicated by simple removal of the stone. The importance of detailed urological investigation of all the children presenting with lower urinary tract calculi has been emphasised.
