SUMMARY The authors report a case of unusual incomplete duplication of the urethra in a 17‐year‐old boy. Characteristic features are: (1) the accessory channel is more functional than the normal, (2) it opens into the perineum, and (3) it communicates with both the bladder and the penile urethra. No surgery was performed, but a suggestion of a possible reconstructive procedure is discussed.
