SUMMARY A case of malignant melanoma is reported. The natural behaviour of the disease is mentioned. The treatment is amputation of the penis with incontinuity dissection of the regional lymphatics. Alkeran, a phenylalanine mustard, is employed as an adjunctive in treating the advanced disease.
