SUMMARY Necrosis of the bladder in a patient with cyclophosphamide cystitis extended to urethra and vulva, caused calcification in the bladder wall, and resulted in vesico‐ureteric reflux from a grossly contracted bladder. Colocystoplasty was performed. The patient's progress is described and the literature reviewed. We wish to thank Professor J. Ledingham for his help and criticism.
