SUMMARY A case of giant hydronephrosis in crossed unfused renal ectopia is presented. It is the third such case to be reported. The presenting complaint was a huge lower abdominal swelling. It was associated with spina bifida occulta. Nephro‐ureterectomy was successfully carried out.
