SUMMARY Six patients with Peyronie's disease were studied by the radiographic technique of corpus cavernosography, and five received combined hydrocortisone and hyalase injections, the results of which are reported. The cavernosogram offers a method of measuring objectively the exten of the disease and the response to treatment. We are grateful to Mr Gerald Tresidder for permission to investigate and treat these patients, and to Mr John Blandy for advice and encouragement.
