SUMMARY A case is reported of the Ehlers–Danlos syndrome in which the well–known cutaneous and orthopædic manifestations were accompanied by bladder outlet obstruction and diverticulum of the bladder, which were successfully relieved by operation. We should like to thank Mr John Blandy for his kind permission to publish this case, and Mr Ruddick, from the Department of Photography, The London Hospital.
