SUMMARY Sixty patients were operated on for stress incontinence: forty‐four with the Ingelman‐Sundberg operation (fourteen failures); twelve with the Marion operation (five failures); four cases with the Marshall‐Marchetti operation (no failures). Out of the sixty patients forty‐one were cured.
