SUMMARY Three hundred and twelve cases of bilharzial affections of the ureter were diagnosed, classified, and operated upon. Stricture of the ureter was the commonest pathological lesion. Attention is drawn to two conditions previously neglected: the dilated atonic tortuous ureter and the trabeculated hypertrophied ureter. A new method of ureterovesical implantation is described.
