SUMMARY A study has been made of forty‐three patients with carcinoma of the cervix following treatment. Intravenous pyelography, cystoscopy, blood urea estimation, and urine examinations were done in addition to clinical examination. Some cases were studied at laparotomy and a few were studied at autopsy. Findings suggest that regular radiological study of the renal tract may provide evidence of local recurrence of the carcinoma and may be the earliest sign of this condition.
