SUMMARY Spina bifida is commonly associated with congenital anomalies of the urinary tract. These anomalies are discussed and their incidence in 179 cases of spina bifida is described. It is suggested that this relationship is of significance to urologists, who are increasingly likely to have to face urinary problems in patients with spina bifida.
