SUMMARY Intermittent non‐filarial chyluria occurring on rising is described in a healthy man of 43. Renal function was normal, but human tubercle bacilli were cultured from the urine. Pyelovenous and pyelolymphatic backflow was shown on the affected left side, in which there was evidence of ureteric obstruction. A prolonged course of streptomycin and I.N.A.H. has been followed by almost complete remission for one year.
