Summary1 Report is made of a case of double ureter practically complete on the right side, less so on the left. 2 On both sides the hemi‐ureters proceeded from separate pelves, the lower pelvis draining the greater part of the kidney. 3 The duct from the upper part of the kidney had on each side a helical course about that from the lower part. 4 On both sides the opening into the bladder was single.
