Three Cases of Ureterectomy for Papilloma, with Comments. By Sir John Thomson-Walker (The British Journal of Urology, vol. i, No. 2).? The author describes three cases of papilloma in the renal pelvis, in which the ureter and bladder appeared to be free from growth at the time of the nephrectomy. In periods of four, twenty-one, and twenty-four months after operation, papilloma of the ureter and bladder developed, necessitating ureterectomy and treatment by electro-coagulation. Attention is drawn to the fact that spread to the ureter and implantation in the wall of the bladder at the corresponding ureteric orifice has been noted
