It is our great pleasure and privilege to invite you to join us at the 8th ITC Conference to be held in 2012 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Many of the past ITC conferences were held in Europe. After the very successful conference in Hong Kong in 2010, we will be returning to Europe in 2012. We encourage delegates from all over the world to attend. Psychological and Educational testing is a global undertaking. The 8th ITC Conference in Amsterdam takes place 10 years after the ITC Winchester conference and is a revisit of the Winchester conference topic. After 10 years we will return to the theme of Modern Advances in Assessment, with a particular focus on Digital Technology. In the last 10 years, technology has rapidly moved forward and has permanently affected Testing. The conference wants to offer the 2012-state of this art and an outlook to the future.
