Two New Species of the pulcher Group in the Genus Copidognathus (Acari, Halacaridae)

Eleven species are now known to belong to the Copidognathus pulcher group, viz. C. extensus, C. loricifer, C. magnipalpus (with the subspecies magnipalpus and ponticus), C. manicatus, C. pachypus, C. pulcher, C. scitus, C. suezensis, C. triops, C. milliporus and C. uniscutatus, C. milliporus sp.n., found in Caribbean waters, and C. uniscutatus sp.n., from the Philippines, are described. The geographical distribution of the pulcher group is summarized in a figure.
