Scr. 5 (1):5–11, 1976.—A total of 15 species of marine, littoral, oligochaetes are reported from northern Iceland, two of which are new to science ( Tubifex litoralis sp.n. (Tubificidae), and Lumbricillus macrothecatus sp.n. (Enchytraeidae)), while Paranais litoralis (Naididae), T. costatus, Peloscolex benedeni (both Tubificidae), and L. pumillio (Enchytraeidae) are new to the Icelandic fauna. Taxo‐nomic and biological notes are given for some of the species.
