Abstract Rhabdomyosarcoma of the uterine cervix is a very rare disease. We present a case of rhabdomyosarcoma (botryoide type) arising from the introitus of the uterine cervix, and make a discussion on the diagnosis, treatment and involving factors of prognosis.
