A case of non‐Hodgkin's lymphoma who subsequently became pregnant after 6 courses of chemotherapy is presented. Clinical remission was obtained for 3 months after radiotherapy in pregnancy till relapse occurred in the puerperium. The fetus was exposed to chemotherapy in the first trimester and radiotherapy in the second but no adverse effects have been noted so far (5 months).
