In special Rh clinic, data regarding 193 immunised cases over a period of 8 years is analysed. The incidence of Rh negative population was 10% and 13% of Rh negative cases were immunised. Spectrophotometric analysis was used as the mainstay for the management of immunised pregnancies. The corrected perinatal mortality was 16.2% and 27.0% in booked and unbooked cases respectively. Intrauterine transfusion was attempted in 2 cases but babies could not be salvaged. Mismatched transfusion was responsible for immunised state in 9.0% of women.
